LMC Athletics

 

LMC Athletics is a high level skill development company training all ranges from NBA to beginner basketball players. We pride ourselves in helping each player reach their maximum potential. Throughout the year we run week long camps, clinics, and other events in different areas of upstate New York. With our experience and playing background we feel we can help any athlete that walks in the gym. We’re owned by skills trainers Tyler Lydon, who played 2 years at Syracuse and 3 years in the NBA, and skills trainer Justin Cooper who was a star at Cortland earning multiple first team honors in the SUNYAC.
